Humanizing Leadership: An Interview

When I’m not obsessing over my experiences of transness, I’m usually obsessing over trust-based, heart-centered leadership, and building high-performing software teams on a foundation of authenticity and vulnerability. It was in that vein that Alissa Carpenter reached out to me. She’s the founder of Everything’s Not OK And That’s OK, a leadership consultancy, as well as the podcast Humanize Your Workplace.

She was interesting in speaking with me on the topic of ‘humanizing leadership’, and that conversation is now an episode of her podcast.

You can listen to my episode (or better yet, subscribe to her podcast) here. Because it’s a huge source of dysphoria for me, I will apologize in advance for my voice. I don’t like it, but for now, it’s the one I got.

I’d love to read your thoughts!
